2. How do I prepare the space before scanning?
This is the only stage for you. Below is a to-do list of things to keep in mind:
- Cleaning inside the property;
- Removal of objects that do not fulfill a functional role;
- Removal of personal information (notes, photos, passwords, etc.);
- Determining the lighting fixtures that will remain on during the scan;
- Establishing the set-up of furniture and objects;
- Establishing the doors that will remain open / closed;
Careful! The scanning process is irreversible. All information captured during this process cannot be removed from the virtual tour.
Moving furniture and objects, changing light sources, and opening or closing doors during the scanning process will result in errors that will result in the resumption of the entire scanning process, along with the associated costs.
3. How long does the 3D scanning process of my property take?
The 3D scanning process of the property takes on average about 30-40 minutes for every 100 square meters.
4. When will my 3D virtual tour be ready?
The time required for 3D scanning, processing and completion is a maximum of 2 days, during which time we will send you an e-mail with all the information you will need to implement the virtual tour on your website or social networks.
5. How do I store the 3D virtual tour?
3D virtual tours require a very large amount of data and bandwidth, which is why they are stored in the cloud on special high-speed servers. The first 12 months of hosting are free, during which time you can enjoy a truly immersive 3D experience.
6. Do I need to be present during the scanning process?
You do not need to be present while scanning the property. In fact, during the scanning process, the camera should not surprise people.
7. Will the weather affect the visual quality of the 3D virtual tour?
Our camera has a built-in High Dynamic Range (HDR) sensor system, which allows the camera to adapt to light changes. This means that both light and dark areas can be captured at the same time. As long as there is enough interior lighting, the completed design will look just as good as a model created on a sunny day.
However, we must keep in mind that direct sunlight causes errors, especially in outdoor areas. We recommend that you scan these areas early in the morning or in the afternoon, when the sunlight is lighter.
8. Which web browser is recommended for optimal viewing of 3D virtual tours?
Our 3D virtual tours use WebGL, the modern standard for manipulating 3D content viewed online. On computers and laptops, WebGL is supported by the latest versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, and Microsoft Internet Explorer.
On mobile devices, WebGL is supported by Safari for Apple iOS 8 and Google Chrome for Android. Normally, charging time may be longer on mobile devices. If you are unable to view the virtual tour, please update your browser to the following available versions:
